How does it work?

Switching-off and enjoying the moment in front of you is a skill, just like learning to speak a foreign language.


This TOOLKIT teaches you how to handle four specific scenarios that I see my one-to-one clients struggle with regularly, then holds your hand for 4 weeks while you refine the skill. It's the difference between trying to learn random words in French from an app on your phone (is "utility room" really a top priority?), to understanding how to order food at a restaurant, book a room in a hotel and ask for directions. And then someone staying with you to practise at the start of your holiday.

Here you'll meet your fellow course-mates and learn how to handle those big 4 scenarios. Everyone will leave with a personalised plan to make it happen for them.

Learning a new skill is about more than just following some steps. You need to practise then tweak your plan.

So if you tried to leave work at work but then at dinner you find yourself thinking about that annoying client that always complains, pop a message in the group and we'll troubleshoot together.
